ABA technician (Applied Behavior Analysis technician)

Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide one-on‑one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA strategies under BCBA guidance.
Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills.
Build positive relationships with clients and families.
Collect data and track progress.
Collaborate with BCBAs and team members.
Maintain accurate session documentation.
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. They are motivated to make a difference and are interested in learning more about the field of ABA.

Monday - Friday 3:00-7:00, Saturday - Sunday 9:00-12:00 Salary:
$22 – $25 hourly Starting time:
