In our fast-paced team environment you will collaborate with customers and the Gillette team to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing business relationships. Lead day-to-day service center operations and report directly to the General Manager. Hire, train, and develop service center personnel. Manage internal operations to meet or exceed P&L objectives, including inventory, accounts receivable, days sales outstanding, and accounts payable. Achieve customer and shipment metrics such as time to fill, order expediting, and quoting accuracy. Prepare and review monthly reports and oversee petty cash balancing. Maintain high-level customer relations. Use key metrics to evaluate and recommend best practices for operations. Qualifications
2+ years of sales or customer service leadership experience in a B2B transactional environment; supervisory/management experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar. Computer skills including Excel; ERP/SAP experience a plus. Analytical skills and inventory management experience preferred. Industrial sales/distribution experience a plus. Clean driving record/MVR. Position is not eligible for relocation benefits and will be performed on site. Must be authorized to work in the US; no work‑visa sponsorship. Seniority Level
