Position: Survey/CAD Technician Reporting to – Department Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with survey-related projects using CAD tools
Work independently and collaboratively within project teams
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
Requirements and Skills
High school diploma: some college coursework preferred
CAD certification
Previous experience as a Survey/CAD technician
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Prolonged standing and walking during field operations
Frequent walking on uneven terrain, slopes, and construction sites
Regular bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and reaching
Ability to lift, carry, and transport survey equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Ability to set up, move, and dismantle survey instruments and tripods
Pay Transparency
Base salary – starting at $72,800 annually (negotiable based on qualifications and experiences)
