A DAY IN THE LIFE Work as part of a team to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability. Manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality service calls. Work closely with dispatch to match the right technician to every job, helping achieve the company’s financial goals. Mentor, coach and support your team to maximize job scheduling while maintaining first‑class service. Collaborate with Field Supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
Minimum of eight (8) years of Plumbing and HVAC installation/service experience.
Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience desired.
Experience working in a Nexstar or Airtime500 operation a plus.
Excellent communicator and patient instructor/trainer.
Excellent knowledge of computer systems.
Excellent knowledge of the HVAC trade.
Work Schedule Core hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
