The Inventory Specialist performs material handling and inventory control activities, including receiving, staging, issuing, and reconciling materials to support laboratory and production operations. This role maintains accurate inventory records, follows established cGMP and regulatory procedures, and executes assigned warehouse tasks to ensure timely and accurate material availability. The position requires frequent movement throughout warehouse, laboratories, and production areas, is fast-paced, and demands employees to be on their feet most of the day, performing lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and operating pallet jacks as needed. What You Will Do

Organize daily task flow to ensure efficient, timely warehouse operations and maintain an organized, clean warehouse and related storage areas in compliance with OSHA, FDA, and cGMP standards. Prepare and reconcile daily cycle count discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and report on findings within defined timeframes. Monitor and analyze inventory plans versus actuals, resolving issues related to shortages, overages, and slow‑moving or obsolete material. Identify and manage minimum/maximum stock levels of materials, ensuring strategic flow into the laboratory and throughout the facility. Maintain timely and accurate reporting of inventory (including waste, damage, and discrepancies) and communicate inventory turns monthly to leadership and team members. Coordinate with suppliers for level loading of incoming freight and manage item returns; investigate and resolve supplier‑related discrepancies. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and production teams to ensure material availability and alignment with production demand. Ensure compliance with Eagle Analytical’s Quality Management System, including good documentation practices, accurate record‑keeping, and adherence to training requirements. Support departmental goals and contribute to additional projects as assigned. Who You Are

Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience, preferably in a regulated environment. Knowledge of cGMP, USP, ISO 17025, and FDA regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite; experience with cycle counting and root cause analysis required. High School or better. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including prolonged screen time. Who We Are
