Von Briesen & Roper, s.c., is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Corporate team in our Milwaukee office. The Associate will assist with transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, contracts, and general business matters.
Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, and other business documents.
Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate financing deals.
Supporting clients in structuring business strategies.
Qualifications
At least four years of experience with general corporate law and M&A matters.
A business, accounting, and/or tax background is positively viewed.
Highly-motivated with strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.
Willingness to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
No portable book of business is required.
