Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Company Overview Founded in 2006, Pointe Pest Control has grown from a single office in Spokane, Washington, to multiple locations throughout Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. Today Pointe employs an impressive group of experienced and knowledgeable professionals committed to problem‑solving and serving our customer’s needs. Pointe provides services to both residential and commercial customers; ranging from General Pest Control to Bed Bug Treatment, to specialized pest services like Termite Service, Carpenter Ant Control, and Rodent Extermination.
Position Summary This role provides oversight in a designated geographic region for our service department, including multiple service locations. It includes finding solutions and ways to improve, helping the Service Managers, Supervisors, & Lead Techs follow and perform strongly in the following categories.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure team members maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, build positive relationships, and promote a “Can Do” attitude.
Promote a safe work environment; use appropriate PPE, maintain a safe driving record, and address hazardous conditions.
Manage routes according to company procedures, checklists, and guidelines; spend appropriate time with customers and encourage recurring services.
Drive growth by seeking referrals, gathering 5‑star reviews, coordinating with sales, generating leads, and delivering top‑notch first impressions.
Develop training programs, encourage learning, recruit new talent, and interview prospective technicians.
Maintain key performance indicators through monthly performance & production trackers.
Lead by example, promote trust, respect, and understanding communication, and foster inter‑departmental collaboration.
Required Qualifications
Obtain licenses in appropriate pest control categories and states.
Good computer skills.
Clean driving record.
College‑level or equivalent education (preferred).
Preferred training in General Pest, Commercial Pest, Termite Pest, Bed Bug Service, and Home Improvement categories.
Pass background check, drug screening, and physical (must be able to lift 50 lbs).
3–5 years of customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate.
Public speaking experience preferred.
