Operations Manager Position responsibilities
Ability to lead a team of 40+ employees and as many as 70+ employees during peak production
Hire and develop a world class team
Build leadership bench strength and meet site KPI’s through consistent coaching and development
Responsible for the overall safety, quality, and performance of all inbound and outbound accessories operations
Create and facilitate a positive experience for your direct reports
Model continuous improvement and lean methodologies
Accurately manage inventory; identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis
Position requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience leading a team
Continuous Improvement/Lean Six Sigma experience
Experience supervising and leading direct reports to achieve complex goals
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite experience
Lift and move items of up to 50 lbs.
Standing/walking continually throughout shift (average of 5 miles per day)
