What You Will Do

Provide transportation and supervision of children and case participants to include individuals with medical and behavioral health needs.

Provide, strengthen, and maintain a positive mentoring role by providing support, training, and crisis intervention to foster parents, birth parents, primary caregiver(s), and other team members involved in the case, to ensure child safety and well‑being.

Assist in developing and implementing activities/tasks directed to each child, parent, and/or caregiver, according to the case plan goals and objectives.

Provide completed documentation for services rendered within required timeframes to case management program staff with the necessary verbal and written information to present at court and staffings.

Participate in on‑call rotation in accordance with agency policy and program procedure.

Attend and participate in court proceedings, as appropriate and/or when required (subpoena, direct request, and when determined necessary).

Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children and/or families within a need‑identified social welfare system.

Child Welfare experience preferred.

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work in high‑stress situations.

Ability to work with individuals who exhibit physically and/or verbally aggressive behaviors.

Must use personal vehicle to transport clients.

Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance coverage.
