Classification: Full‑Time Seasonal
Shift: Various – may require flexible hours between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, including weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?
Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Provide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services.
Make room reservations while gathering key information about our guests.
Complete Reservation Quality Checks to ensure a seamless process for guests during check‑in and check‑out.
Answer guest questions via the KIPSU text‑messaging system.
Participate in monthly incentives for upselling rooms through our FPG program.
