Position Overview We love fashion, but we love people more. As an Assistant Manager you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure consistency across our brand. Partner with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer, ensuring no one is missed.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team within the HEART culture.

Maintain a strong presence on the floor, passionate about fashion and trends.

Lead by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.

Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees to behaviors that create success.

Support operational excellence through daily store operations, inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards.

Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, outreach, and payroll management.

Maintain a sales expectation of $20,000 per month.

Lead the Division of Responsibility based on volume group.

Requirements

A warm and friendly demeanor, a natural connector who knows how to make work fun.

Fashion‑credible, up to date on current trends and contemporary brands; willing to take risks and adopt new trends early.

A growth mindset to persevere through challenge and push for solutions.

Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.
