Responsibilities
Locate merchandise in the backroom to place products on the floor
Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need
Front‑face products to ensure shelves look best
Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store
Install promotional materials as outlined to make clients’ products stand out
Build displays to showcase client products as needed
Answer simple step‑by‑step questions within Premium's field technology on your mobile device while completing work
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
Represent Premium and Premium clients in assigned Walmart store(s)
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done
Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text
Qualifications & Success Factors
Own your store(s); be the face of Premium at Walmart stores
Work independently while being part of Walmart family
Effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and Premium team members
Leverage support of and share best practices with Walmart team nationwide
Contact Premium's Operations Support Center for help with challenges
Complete work within provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Report work the same day it is completed
Required Tools
Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations in your area
Smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos
