Job Summary We are hiring Future Area Managers (Assistant Store Managers). This is a full‑time, salaried position overseeing all aspects of store operations. The role requires 5+ days per week, most weekends, with an annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000.
Responsibilities
Lead the store as second in command, ensuring all teams meet performance, safety, and cultural standards.
Manage daily operations, sales, staffing, and profits.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship for team members.
Maintain 100% adherence to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with corporate and corporate operations as needed.
Qualifications
Positive attitude and high energy.
2+ years of multi‑store or multi‑role management experience.
Experience with Domino's or multi‑store management (preferred).
Minimum age 18.
Good driving record.
Proficiency with Outlook/Email.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check passed.
Eligible to work in the USA.
Must reside near store location.
