Procurement Specialist Hyundai Transys is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our Automotive Manufacturing operations. The role focuses on sourcing materials and supplies efficiently and cost‑effectively, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing the end‑to‑end procurement process. The goal is to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and staying within budgets, ultimately contributing to the company’s success and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in procurement or supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.

Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, ISM).

Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.

Knowledge of durable goods manufacturing processes and materials.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to secure quality and pricing.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers for favorable agreements.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs.

Collaborate with internal teams, including production and finance, to align procurement strategies.

Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and implement improvements.

Skills The role requires strong analytical abilities for evaluating supplier performance and market trends, daily negotiation skills to secure contracts, effective communication for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams, attention to detail for contract and inventory management, and familiarity with ERP systems to enhance procurement efficiency.
