As an Implementation Lead for LSEG Data Access you will be a key contributor to the overall success of customers as they leverage the full array of our products and services. As a part of LSEG’s Customer Success organization, you’ll partner across Account Management, Sales, Product Management, Consulting, and Operations to drive value across our new and existing customers.
About LSEG Data Access LSEG Data Access is a comprehensive subscription model that gives clients broad and flexible access to London Stock Exchange Group’s core data and analytics. It brings together LSEG’s content and delivery platforms across our Data & Analytics and Risk Intelligence businesses into one simplified offering, enabling customers to use a wide range of market data, analytics, and tools. This approach helps clients migrate to strategic products, reduce complexity, and unlock insights that support smarter decisions and quicker time to market across trading, investment, and risk management.
What You’ll Do Value Review Ahead of a commercial agreement, you’ll review the Customer Value Plan: a detailed list of opportunities for the next 6 to 12 months, to understand customer business goals, priorities, projects identified, organizational structures, and key stakeholders to translate the scope to the various project owner teams to ensure it is executable inclusive of realistic plans, timelines, product readiness, and resources.
Value Delivery Framework and Oversight
Program implementation mobilization and kick off. Validate from LSEG Data Access Sales Director and/or Account Manager(s) any updates to the value review activities and/or agreement, to mobilize broader account team in order to further validate project owners, actively engaging and working with account team and wider functions (sales, solution consulting, prof services, Ops, Customer Success Management, etc.) to expand and maintain comprehensive implementation plans, agree timelines and ensure appropriate resourcing and responsibilities.
Work with customers to agree an implementation framework e.g. validate project acceptance, agree implementation approach, plan, timelines, establish joint governance approach, communications, access to senior stakeholders, escalation paths, etc.
Provide oversight working in conjunction with account team to ensure a joined-up approach across all teams and locations.
Governance: Ensure LSEG Data Access governance is applied inclusive of two semi-annual reviews, Executive sponsor engagements, and value tracking.
Act as an escalation point for all teams involved in and supporting program implementation (both internal and customer), identify issues with LSEG Data Access nuances and root causes, support resolution planning, engage relevant stakeholders to support resolution.
Manage feedback loop with Product and Engineering teams to help delivery of agreed roadmap enhancements for customers.
Oversight of and ongoing development of the Customer Value Plan with the customer and internal teams, over the span of the relationship, while promoting the extended use of LSEG products and content.
Apply experience and lessons learned from other LSEG Data Access implementations to enhance and improve overall implementation.

Who You Are: Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in program management leadership, preferably in financial data or technology solutions.
Strong program management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, and subscription models is a plus.
Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment and influence cross-functional teams.
Bachelors degree, MBA, or CFA preferred.

Compensation / Benefits Information LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $111,900 - $186,500. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
