Day-to-Day: We’re looking for an experienced Foreman to lead on-site construction activities for major projects across Texas. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on coordinating teams, maintaining high safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Lead and supervise on-site construction crews, including scheduling, resource allocation, and daily progress monitoring.
Serve as the point of contact between customers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams for current and upcoming work.
Control crew costs by optimizing manpower, work methods, and equipment utilization
Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to plan schedules, manpower levels, materials, and equipment needs.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries to maintain productivity.
Interpret drawings and specifications to plan procedures and ensure compliance.
Set and oversee production goals, track progress, and address any issues proactively.
Inspect work sites, equipment, and progress to ensure safety and adherence to project requirements.
Conduct safety training and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Investigate accidents or damage claims and resolve minor issues on-site
Complete and submit daily Foreman Reports to management.
