Connected Vehicle Operations Support Analyst Role Summary Facilitates the resolution of system‑ and network‑related out‑car issues regarding telematics or applications. Coordinates investigations, stakeholder collaboration, and system health maintenance across cross‑functional teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Communication and Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate cross‑functional meetings with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to investigate and resolve system‑ and network‑related out‑car issues.

Act as primary point of contact for system/network issue escalations, ensuring timely communication across all parties.

Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to support long‑term operational success.

Operational Excellence

Conduct detailed investigations and root cause analysis of CV system and network issues.

Implement corrective actions and process improvements to enhance system performance.

Maintain operational dashboards and metrics to monitor system health.

Review and update vehicle telematics capabilities within systems of record.

Architecture and System Health

Coordinate system upgrade schedules, planned maintenance, and disaster recovery procedures.

Ensure readiness and alignment across teams during system changes to minimize disruption.

Provide clear and timely updates during incidents, including status reports and resolution timelines.

Familiarity with IT systems, information architecture, user experience principles, networks, backend systems, call centers, and telecom systems.

Education / Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree or H.S. Diploma and equivalent experience. At least 4‑6 years of experience required.

Work Environment

Location:

Camden, NJ (Greater Philadelphia Area)

Hybrid Role:

Remote 2 days per week after 90 days (Wednesdays & Fridays)

Required Travel:

15%

Compensation Base salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 per year. Target bonus eligibility based on performance.
