Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Preparator with extensive construction experience? As a

Site Preparator , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of substation Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts by meticulously preparing all construction-related documents and plans. Your contributions will be essential in driving project success and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. What will you do?

Develop Execution Strategy

Collaborate with Project Managers, planners, and other key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive construction plan. Define the most effective means, methods, and sequence for the construction baseline based on available information. Constructability Design Support

Provide constructability feedback to the engineering team to enhance construction detail design, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing potential issues. Document Preparation

Compile, review, organize, and hand over all construction-related documents and plans to the construction team. This includes IFC drawings, specifications, ITPs, temporary arrangements, permits, contracts, schedules, procurement documents, and more. Quality Assurance

Conduct thorough reviews of all documents and plans to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements, scope of work, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines. Develop construction-related templates, procedures, and plans to maintain high-quality standards. Mobilization Support

Provide support and proper handover to the site team during mobilization. Ensure that all necessary documents, plans, and resources are readily available and accessible for efficient project execution. Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement in document management and preparation procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the overall success of the project. Field Service Support

Assist the Field Service function in establishing a strong warranty service for the portfolio. Address potential shortfalls and capture lessons learned for future projects. Who you are?

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred) 10–15 years of field experience (required) Proven experience in:

Document control Project coordination Site preparation for EPC contracts in the power industry (preferably substations)

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting:

Engineering drawings Specifications Construction documents

Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in:

Document management software Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of:

Construction processes Safety regulations Industry standards (desirable)
