We are currently hiring for Production Heavy Assembly workers for their Sterling, VA operations.
As a Production Heavy Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of servers and electronic components in a high-performance data center environment. This role requires precision, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Summary
2 different shift options
Thursday-Sunday 6am-4:30pm
Monday-Friday 4pm-12:30am
ALL shifts must be able to train for 1-2 weeks on 1st shift
$21.00/hr to start

Duties
Assemble and install server racks, electronic components, and cabling using hand and power tools
Load and unload inbound/outbound freight from vehicles and containers
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
Place server racks using laser measuring devices with high accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, rack movers, etc.)
Perform daily inventory cycle counts and manage replenishment orders
Qualifications
1-3 years experience in data center operations or hardware assembly
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment frequently throughout the day
Familiarity with electrical safety and static discharge protocols
Experience with computers and reading schematics
