Develop Servant Leaders, put your people and restaurant first. Create memorable experiences to keep guests coming back. Maintain the balance between a high-quality employee and guest experience and achieving financial goals. Welcome new team members and provide training needed for their job. Leads inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team. Consistently thanks the team and celebrates success. Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations. Ensures product quality and operations standards are consistently delivered. Education & Experience You Will Need
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience. Excellent guest service skills required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Available to work all shifts open, close, weekends and holidays. Perks & Benefits (Based on Eligibility Requirements)
