Job Overview Through the SkillBridge Service Technician program, Komatsu is assessing interns for potential nationwide full‑time positions:
Service Technicians
Instrumentation & Control Technicians
Electricians
Machinists
Welders
Internships start monthly based on service member availability and chain of command approval. Komatsu will provide transportation to the internship location, lodging, and meals. To apply, send an email to

Qualifications / Requirements
Must be a current Active Duty Servicemember
Must be separating from the Military in 8‑12 months
Must be able to complete up to 120 days of SkillBridge internship
Must be able to work 40 hours per week
Willingness to learn and accept developmental feedback
Additional Information Compensation and Benefits
Industry‑competitive wages ($30–$54 per hour) plus annual merit review and bonus payout

Key Job Responsibilities Service Technicians are responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of Komatsu construction and mining equipment, including electric drive trucks, electric shovels, and excavators. Interns will receive training on equipment maintenance, instrumentation and control systems, machining, and welding as part of the on‑the‑job training portion of the internship.
