Project Executive (On Site)
This on-site Project Executive role will oversee one of our current projects in OH, PA, or TN. Travel or temporary relocation will be required through the duration of the 2‑3 year project. Current projects include a data center project in Louisiana, a healthcare project in Columbus, OH, and other miscellaneous projects in OH, PA, and TN. The assigned project will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and location. We do very large projects with $100M–$500M+ mechanical scope.
Base Pay Range $160,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Safety (5%) – Manage safety compliance by performing site walkthroughs and ensuring adherence to safety requirements.
Operations Management, Leadership & Strategic Planning (55%) – Oversee project management documentation and monitor financial performance while coaching team members.
Cost Management (15%) – Oversee the estimation process and ensure coordination with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Relationships & Sales (20%) – Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance project sales growth.
Other Tasks & Duties (5%) – Complete additional tasks as necessary due to project‑specific conditions or directives.
Qualifications
10+ years of construction project management experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required), Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Construction Management (preferred).
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools, and principles. Knowledge of business administration and management principles, customer relations, business development, and legal aspects of the construction industry.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, estimating software, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, MS SharePoint, ProCore).
Ability to travel and work on‑site at project locations.
