The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non‑profit agencies in Idaho, united to serve youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

How You Will Impact Our Mission As an Inquiry & Referral Coordinator for the Treasure Valley Youth and Family Services office, you will provide clerical, administrative, and operational support for the program, helping to nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth.
Must Haves
At least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, outreach, and organizational skills
Ability to develop good working relationships with clients, community, and contract agencies
Valid state‑issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
Preferred
One year of experience in outreach and/or intake and referral activities
Experience with clinical data entry
Job Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and referrals
Lead weekly census meetings
Complete assessments to determine program eligibility and fit
Manage the database of inquiries and referrals, generating reports as needed and on schedule
As a qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
