Project Manager / Management Consultant – Remote Vertical Relevance is seeking a seasoned professional with deep experience in financial services to join our team as a full‑time remote Project Manager/Management Consultant. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving transformation across people, processes, and workflows.

Overview As a key member of our consulting team, you will lead customer engagements, implement strategic solutions, and ensure successful delivery through strong communication, organization, and leadership. The position focuses on financial services, including banking, wealth management, asset management, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement solutions for client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Manage multiple priorities and deliverables independently across complex projects.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Drive success through collaboration, automation, continuous learning, and ownership.

Apply industry knowledge to improve business processes and compliance frameworks.

Support strategic planning, scope definition, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.

Qualifications

10+ years in Project Management, Banking, Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Audit, or Governance.

5+ years in Financial Services or Banking.

5+ years in Management Consulting or client‑facing consulting roles.

2+ years in supervisory or project leadership positions.

Skills

Strong understanding of business processes in Risk, Treasury, Payments, Banking Compliance, and Finance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and especially PowerPoint.

Familiarity with OCC rules and banking regulations (preferred).
