Sr. Manager, Product Management (IoT) Lead the development, communication, and execution of product strategy for a business unit portfolio, including brand positioning, portfolio management, integrated marketing, pricing, and category leadership. Own multi‑year operating plans aligned to revenue, margin, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation goals, track portfolio financials, drive cross‑functional alignment, and manage a team of product managers.

Base salary USD 180,000 – 200,000 per year

Additional compensation types Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

Own portfolio strategy and roadmap end to end, including brand, pricing, category leadership, and P&L targets aligned to revenue, margin, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation goals.

Build and execute GTM and channel plans with Marketing, Sales, and CX; create operational plans to scale, improve mix and ASP, reduce cost, and deliver on product line objectives.

Serve as Product Owner for connected services and user experience; translate real‑time insights into requirements, business cases, and compelling value propositions across hardware and software.

Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing PM team; enforce processes for quality, cost, and delivery; drive performance management and transparent communication; steward after‑sales strategy and compliance.

Requirements

5+ years of full‑cycle product management experience for hardware offerings; ideally with connected or IoT/Smart Home capabilities.

2+ years of people‑management experience, ideally 3+ direct reports.

Demonstrated ownership of strategy, roadmap, and release execution across multiple product categories.

Expertise in pricing and packaging for hardware and services, including bundles and subscriptions.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with professional installers and retail, with a record of shifting customers from hardware purchases to smart ecosystem and cloud‑enabled services.

After‑sales lifecycle design covering service plans, return‑material authorization, spare parts, and warranty economics.
