We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support inventory planning and order allocation. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Monitor inbound product in ERP system, maintaining visibility of arrivals, quantities, and specifications. Track inbound trucks and expected arrival timing, communicating updates as schedules change. Allocate customer orders against inbound & available inventory in Famous based on inventory attributes & requirements. Monitor inventory age and rotation, identifying aging or at-risk product and escalating as needed. Create work orders in ERP for pack-style changes, sorting, cleaning, repacking, and packing fruit. Coordinate work order priorities with Warehouse and Production teams to support daily operations. Support Category Managers in developing daily and weekly packing plans for growers. Provide system-based inventory visibility and reporting to support allocation and planning decisions. Communicate shortages, delays, or conflicts proactively to internal stakeholders. Qualifications

Previous experience in inventory management and/or warehouse operations. Understanding of basic inventory management KPI’s such as inventory age, FIFO and rotation, and product traceability. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A proactive and positive attitude. Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and other relevant software. Experience using Famous ERP is preferred but not required. High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory). 3 - 5 years’ experience in a role involving warehouse operations, product allocation, or inventory management. What We Offer
