Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and deliver complex, high‑risk strategic and tactical projects through all phases of initiation, planning, delivery, and closure.

Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project commitments.

Utilize SLHS‑standard project management processes and methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with high‑quality standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, KPIs/metrics, and controlling artifacts while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Define project scope, objectives, governance structure, and obtain authority for scope, schedule, and budget.

Guide cross‑functional project teams, balancing resources and providing technical and analytical guidance for efficient daily operation.

Manage vendor integration, review deliverables, and maintain project tracking, analysis, and status reporting.

Implement effective project/program communications and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Apply knowledge of policy, procedures, PMI, and Lean project methodologies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Mentor and coach other project managers and team members.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

At least four (4) years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification.

Construction experience.

Medical equipment planning.

Negotiating experience.

Medical industry background.
