HCM Lead

to join our team on a remote basis. Please note that this role requires 40% travel to Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and optimize SAP HCM/HR processes on SAP HANA.

Support modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.

Integrate SAP HCM with FI and other core SAP modules.

Requirements

Proven experience in SAP HCM/HR on SAP HANA.

Strong understanding of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll processes.

Experience integrating HCM with FI and other SAP modules.
