Responsibilities As an Assistant Dental Office Manager you will report to the Manager and perform daily front‑office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment, and ensure collections and insurance verification compliance.
Under the Manager’s direction, supervise and reinforce daily non‑clinical team tasks and priorities.
Review day‑to‑day data to evaluate the practice’s impact.
Oversee scheduling and appointment confirmation.
Verify insurance payment, collections, nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients of all ages.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and data utilization.
Organized and detail‑oriented.
