As the data center and utility markets expand, our organization is scaling to meet increasing demand for field services and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) agreements. We are seeking a strategic and innovative

Project Manager, Workforce Planning

to join our Region North Operations management team. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of tactical workforce planning, positioning our region as an employer of choice and attracting the next generation of field service engineers and O&M professionals.

This is a permanent, full‑time position based in

Houston, Texas . The role follows a

hybrid working schedule , requiring

onsite presence

at the Houston office

twice per week . We welcome applications from candidates outside the Houston area, provided they are willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans for workforce initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and timelines.

Forecast staffing requirements using data analytics and market intelligence.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, universities, and industry organizations.

Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business Units and Operations to execute recruitment and onboarding projects.

Collaborate with marketing on employer branding and talent engagement events.

Track project milestones, report on KPIs, and elevate risks as needed.

Optimize resource allocation and drive process improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in project management, with a strong focus on workforce planning and strategic execution.

Recognized project management certification, such as PMP or CCMP.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage cross‑functional projects and influence without direct authority.

Proficiency with project management and workforce analytics tools.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to operate effectively in an agile environment.

Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships with technical institutions; prior experience in this area is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leveraging AI tools or technologies for strategic workforce planning, including identifying optimal talent sources.

Forward‑thinking approach to integrating technology into workforce strategies.

Travel Requirements This role involves up to 60% travel, primarily for stakeholder engagement and project‑related activities. While the expectation is significant travel, the individual will have flexibility to self‑manage their schedule, which may result in less travel depending on project needs.
