Support Counterintelligence (CI) functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional or technical services such as operational Human Intelligence (HUMINT) requirements through interrogations, debriefings, source handling, or HUMINT targeting. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge, within the Department of Defense. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute innovative solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees. Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a counter‑intelligence and human support professional supporting the Marine Corps
Experience briefing General or Flag Officers and collaborating with primary staff members
Knowledge of CI/HUMINT support to Marine Corps operations
Knowledge of Marine Corps Doctrinal Publications
Ability to utilize various forms of instructional techniques, including verbal and computer instruction
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
Experience working with Joint and national intelligence support to military operations
Experience working with USMC Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) programs
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
