Project Manager – Framing/Drywall
Forté Specialty Contractors seeks a Project Manager to oversee commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustics projects in Las Vegas, NV.
About The Company We have a strong construction portfolio, including hotels, casinos, restaurants, retail, healthcare, and themed projects. Our in‑house AutoCAD team supports design, development, and construction documents.
What You’ll Be Doing
Document project logs, drawings, and specifications; create and submit RFIs and change orders.
Perform field inspections, record results, and communicate findings to the Project Superintendent.
Maintain change‑order logs, coordinate with trades, and issue change orders.
Review invoices, schedules, and ensure timely payment.
Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Table
Minimum 5 years of framing/drywall experience in new construction, renovation, or interior build‑outs.
Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related engineering preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Procore and project scheduling software.
Integrity and discretion in handling confidential project information.
Experience in luxury construction preferred.
