Opportunity Overview
Project Scheduler II – E&C is an onsite, 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). You will join the project Scheduling Team for the Engineering and Construction Division in Juno Beach, FL, working directly with Project Originators, Developers, Early‑Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of multiple technologies (wind, solar, energy storage, transmission lines, substations, pipelines, combined cycle).
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Manage the creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
Prepare and present monthly reports for construction projects, comparing baseline schedules to progress schedules.
Perform critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, workforce submittal analysis, evaluate update impacts, and help develop recovery plans.
Collaborate with the scheduling team to support project teams across multiple technologies, leading project success through the entire life cycle.
Coordinate meetings, coordinate schedule inputs, and report status and variances to management.
Who You Are
4+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
Experience level: 6‑10 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong team player who gathers scope, logistics, and constraints from all project participants.
Excellent relationship builder with project stakeholders.
Ability to lead schedule review meetings and coordinate resource requirements.
Critical thinker with process management, prioritization, and validation skills.
Ability to report project status, variances, and recovery actions to management.
