Job Overview Full‑time Logistics CDL Driver (Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement) based in Cottage Grove, WI. All local routes, home every night.

Pay & Work Location Hourly, bi‑weekly. Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week; overtime available.

Responsibilities
Safely operate semi‑trucks, including tanker, hopper bottom, and live‑floor trailers, complying with traffic laws and defensive driving practices
Ensure timely daily pickup and delivery of agricultural commodities
Conduct thorough pre‑trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance
Use pallet jacks to load/unload products from dry vans when necessary
Maintain delivery records and verify accurate loading/unloading procedures
Clean truck thoroughly between product changes to prevent contamination
Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit
Lock cab and cargo doors when unattended
Refrain from using cell phones or handheld devices while driving
Drive cautiously and responsibly in all weather and road conditions
Collaborate across departments to support broader business operations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Clean driving record
Hazmat endorsement required; tanker endorsement preferred
Experience delivering Class A CDL freight preferred
Basic computer and technology proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self‑motivated, proactive, problem‑solving mindset with sound judgment
High integrity and accountability; resilience & adaptability
Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
Commitment to outstanding customer service; positive attitude and collaborative spirit
Ability to sit and drive for extended periods; lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work in outdoor environments; strong commitment to workplace safety
