About the Role
Guardian Dentistry Partners is hiring a
Regional Operations Manager
to lead 6‑10 general dentistry practices across the expanding region in Coastal North Carolina. This role is based in Charlotte, NC, is full‑time, and offers a base salary of $85,000 plus bonus potential.

Identify pain points and turn them into performance wins
Hire, coach, mentor, and grow your people—your superpower
Review KPIs, tackle P&Ls, and create smart strategies that actually work
Ensure patients receive the care (and experience) they deserve
Build the kind of work environment you’d want your family treated in
What You Bring To The Table
Based in or around Charlotte, NC, and willing to travel to multiple practices
5+ years in multi‑site dental or high‑volume healthcare operations
Strong people skills and a data‑driven mindset
Thrives in dynamic environments, bringing order to complexity and strategy to rapid growth
Deep care for team culture, morale, and delivering results
