Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Business Development Manager - CDO at our Shawnee, KS location.

Key Accountabilities

Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients

Contact potential clients to establish a business relationship

Develop the CDO sales area, improve sales and win rates

Research the latest trends in animal health and identify most likely areas for business expansion

Develop a strong understanding of company products and intellectual property to drive sales

Lead preparation, negotiation, and closure of high quality proposals

Work closely with marketing agency and technical staff to promote science and execution

Qualifications

Proven track record in CDMO business development and knowledge of animal health space

Network of relationships in contract development space and with early stage companies

High standard of written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated skills in new client connections

Experience who Salesforce

Collaborative and professional in approach, with the ability to build trust and work effectively globally

Strong communication acumen and client relationship management capabilities, with a proactive mindset and drive for results

Experience with Google Ads and other data metric platforms
