Now Hiring Quality Assurance Associate
Grand Saline, TX
Pay Rate: $25.00+ per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Shift: Current Schedules (7 AM - 3 PM | 3 PM - 11 PM | 11 PM - 7 AM) Transitioning to 12-hour shifts in January. Must be flexible to train on any shift. Training lasts 6 - 8 weeks.

What Makes You the Right Fit
High school diploma or GED
Degree preferred
3+ years of related lab or quality experience
Experience with HACCP, GMPs, and FSSC preferred.
Food manufacturing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
SAP experience preferred
Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude

How You Keep Quality Tight
Inspect equipment, materials, and production processes for quality.
Perform foreign material detection and testing.
Conduct facility audits and housekeeping checks.
Support analytical testing and method validation.
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and lab safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate QC records and documentation.
Provide backup support for fellow Quality Technicians.
