Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II - Bayfront Hospital Full‑time position based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The role involves daily support of inventory operations for perpetual and par locations throughout the hospital.

Job Summary Responsible for coordinating inventory management, ensuring accurate replenishment, and supporting supply chain operations.

Essential Functions

Identify excess inventory, process returns and credits, and notify supervisor of out‑dated or slow‑moving items.

Communicate inventory issues to the Supply Chain Operations Lead or Supervisor.

Rotate dated stock and maintain accurate stock levels at par locations, procedural rooms, and the Central Supply warehouse.

Use handheld devices to inventory supply locations and create/manage bin locations and labels.

Respond to telephone and customer requests with exceptional customer‑service communication.

Expedite corrections for all discrepant orders with Purchasing and report discrepancy volume and fluctuations.

Reconcile inbound shipments, maintain organization and labeling systems for warehouses and par locations, and perform periodic par evaluations.

Participate in put‑away and validation of perpetual inventory items and issue/credit materials from the inventory management system.

Collaborate with clinical leaders, nursing departments, and other stakeholders to support efficient supply chain operations.

Assist in training new employees, conduct cycle counts, and support annual inventory counts.

Adhere to all Orlando Health policies, ADA, FMLA, and local standards; maintain a professional image.

Licensure/Certification

Valid driver’s license.

Education/Training

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred).

Experience

Two (2) years of related warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience required.

Associate’s degree may substitute for two (2) years of required experience.
