Job Responsibilities
Support Commercial and Product teams by providing insights on client use cases and licensing agreements Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, ensuring consistency in deal terms and pricing Deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams while proactively anticipating their needs Assist in various projects and key initiatives within the Licensing team Promote compliance by educating stakeholders on best practices for licensing products and services What is Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or experience with commercial contracts (e.g., paralegal) Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the financial services sector as a compliance, legal, or risk management professional Strong understanding of commercial contracts and value-based pricing concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced and ambiguous environments How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
