What You’ll Do
Plan, promote, organize, and execute events or initiatives that promote a sense of community and well‑being among team members (e.g., sporting events, game nights, craft days, group hikes, themed dinners, shopping/grocery trips).
Coordinate transportation for team members using company vehicles for events such as organized field trips or scheduled shuttles. Driving responsibilities are subject to passing a Motor Vehicle Record check, driving test, and General Manager approval. Team members must be 21+ years of age and have a valid driver’s license if required.
In partnership with Operations and People Team, assist with on‑boarding and orientation programs for new team members.
Assist with recognition programs in partnership with the General Manager and People Team.
Provide support and information regarding company perks and benefits; assist with booking requests for attractions and lodging.
Assist with day‑to‑day operations of employee housing facilities.
Monitor employee housing communal spaces for cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance standards.
Report maintenance issues to engineering and maintenance teams via the Limble program.
Assist with employee room inspections and report findings to the Housing Operations Manager and General Manager.
Maintain accurate records of occupancy, accommodation agreements, maintenance requests, and employee housing inventory.
Serve as the primary point of contact for team members regarding inquiries, questions, and concerns impacting their community experience.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a positive and collaborative living environment (e.g., preparing memos, using Microsoft Office, Canva, bulletin boards).
Assist with opening and closing of employee housing at the start and end of season.
Identify communication zones, locations, and methods to improve team member engagement.
Ideal Experience
Proven experience driving team member engagement.
Previous experience living in seasonal employee housing is desirable.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of local area and community culture.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software (Microsoft Teams, Limble, Canva, Workday, Rent Manager).
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems efficiently.
