Responsibilities & Qualifications This route‑based service‑oriented position requires the employee to establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies. Responsibilities include:

Work Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule determined by changing route needs and service leadership oversight.

Promote ImageFIRST’s values and positively impact associates, customers, and community.

Handle all administrative aspects of sales, identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure satisfaction, develop positive relationships with principal contacts, and maximize contract terms.

Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue—operate company equipment safely, comply with safety regulations and commercial motor vehicle rules.

Increase account revenue by selling additional products and services, meeting or exceeding sales objectives, and implementing strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain product knowledge (pricing, codes, colors, sizing, availability) and handle product management tasks such as load outs, inventories, quality checks, and tape changes.

Load and unload trucks efficiently, maintain route books, truck maintenance logs, and timely paperwork—work orders, invoices, credits, and collections.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a route sales role.

Valid DOT medical certification or ability to obtain one within a designated timeframe.

Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily.

High‑school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, excellent driving record.

Strong sense of direction and knowledge of the area.
