Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr – $240,000.00/yr

Role Overview The Practice Leader will be responsible for expanding the firm’s municipal water, wastewater, and water resources business while leading office operations and staff development. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining long‑term client relationships throughout the Greenville and Spartanburg region

Leading the growth of the local office, including recruitment, retention, and performance management

Managing regional financial performance, profitability, and revenue growth objectives

Directing business development and marketing efforts that support sustained market expansion

Overseeing quality control, resource utilization, and project delivery standards

Providing leadership and guidance to project managers and technical staff across the region

Candidate Profile Qualified candidates will possess:

South Carolina Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity

12+ years of progressive experience in water and wastewater consulting, serving municipal and public‑sector clients

Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development

Strong understanding of consulting engineering operations, financial management, and market growth

Proven leadership capabilities with experience building and leading teams
