Victory Millwork is looking for a
Swing Shift Production Supervisor . The shift runs Monday – Thursday 3:45 pm – 2:30 am, with overtime as needed on Friday. Compensation is $27.76 – $31.14 per hour (DOE) including a $4.25 per hour swing‑shift differential. Responsibilities
Reports to the Director of Operations. Supervise 3–6 production leads and 6–18 team members. Key duties include: Foster a culture of safety, zero injury focus, and accountability. Train and monitor production leads on job expectations. Create a supportive team environment and maintain a collaborative workflow between work centers. Coach crew members to reach their performance potential with regular feedback. Communicate daily production schedules and priorities; ensure on‑time order completion. Encourage creative problem‑solving and continuous improvement ideas. Identify and address production abnormalities; lead process improvement initiatives. Demonstrate commitment to product quality; administer quality standards. Manage start‑up and shut‑down of work centers, track KPIs, and coordinate maintenance for uptime. Competencies
Industry knowledge in millwork/wood products manufacturing, experience with molders, saws, CNC equipment, and continuous improvement systems (Six Sigma, Lean, Theory of Constraints). Ability to plan staffing, monitor attendance, and oversee time‑off approvals. Qualifications
3+ years supervisory experience. 5+ years manufacturing experience. Hours
