Janitorial Associate – Walmart
Join Walmart as a Janitorial Associate and help ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. Janitorial associates look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Base Pay Range $15.00/hr - $28.00/hr (actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more).
Additional Compensation
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes an annual or quarterly performance incentive.
Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
