Position Summary A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

Manage store operations and staff, working effectively with store management and crews.

Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities. Communicate information to and from store management and crews.

Provide customer service: assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote the CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank); handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy; maintain customer and patient confidentiality.

Handle merchandise and presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; execute the display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise; reset departments following POGs.

Required Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.

Advanced communication and supervision skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime and urgent issue response.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a retail supervisor.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred, Not Required).

Anticipated weekly hours: 20

Time type: Part time

Pay range: $18.35 - $27.35 per hour
