Job Summary:
This position requires strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, the ability to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced work environment, strong problem‑solving capabilities, and an understanding of fundamental engineering principles.
Qualifications:
Professionalism demonstrated through strong communication, teamwork, integrity, and resilience when facing challenges.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience working as an engineer within the food, beverage, dairy or pharmaceutical industries.
Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis on chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering is required.
Project management or construction management experience is a plus.
