Technology Program Manager – 10+ years of experience
Location: hybrid on-site in Richmond, VA or Tysons Corner, VA
Timeline: interview / hiring / start date in January 2026
Compensation: $75 - $85/hour W2
Job Description
Working with tech leads & developers – tech partners, program partners & risk partners
Working with a department called Associate Experience Technology (group that manages technology tools & products used by internal employees)
Able to work independently
Understanding of Agile principles
Experience with JIRA to progress check teams
Comfortable creating project plans, integrative roadmaps & create slides to tell stories for program teams and executives
Less administrative & more driving the work – moving forward
Managing programs with multiple work streams
Compliance Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
