Responsibilities
Provided customer service to members and students, supporting the WorkForce 2000 Program Unit.
Input student enrollment documents, contact information, and attendance records into Excel.
Assist with program scheduling, managing calendar activities, overseeing supply inventory, handling mailings, and compiling data.
Follow up with members and students about program forms and attendance through e‑mail and phone calls.
Maintain and update program Excel database, e‑mail, and phone information.
Review and audit program files.
Provide support for program events and special projects.
Provide onsite support and build relationships for the Summer Work Internship Program, Saturday Academic Program at NYU, and other fieldwork activities that support the program's mission.
Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; some college or degree preferred
Must have two (2) years of experience in clerical support role in general or office environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with providers, members, and team members
Basic skills level in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
High level initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must be able to work independently and be a team player
Must be organized and detail-oriented highly organized, and able to meet deadlines
Ability to work flexible hours, some weekends and evenings required
