Location: Tampa, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Accountable for the successful delivery of M&A IT projects/workstreams, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget completion.
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in M&A technology workstreams; implement mitigation plans and elevate critical issues to senior management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, expectations, and concerns; build strong working relationships and communicate progress, status, and outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external (GBS, Divisions/BU) stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Deliver change‑management activities for projects/workstreams in scope.
Resource Management
Work with functional leaders to ensure resource availability and allocation to required projects.
Manage ClickTime data tracking and allocate costs appropriately.
Develop meaningful actionable reports as needed.
Assist in developing business cases with associated leaders.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Communicate problems in a simple way that stakeholders can understand and collaborate to mitigate project risk.
Work collaboratively and manage relationships with all levels of employees and leaders.
Demonstrate positive results through influence, persuasion, presentations, training, and facilitation.
Maintain a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Job Qualifications Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Required Experience
10–15 years of progressive experience in IT project management focusing on infrastructure, cybersecurity, or back‑office.
3+ years of experience with shared services model.
Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to work.
Able to deliver with limited oversight and take accountability for actions.
Excellent presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering to varied audiences.
Preferred Experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Proven creative problem solving.
Strong familiarity with project‑management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
Proven ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
Travel Requirements
Minimum travel required is 20%.
Physical Demands
Occasional work during weekends and non‑business hours.
