About the Role Biz2X is seeking a SaaS Business Development Executive with direct experience selling into financial institutions. You’ll be responsible for opening doors with banks, credit unions, and fintech lenders, evaluating digital lending technology. This is not a generic BDE role — it’s a strategic, research-driven position where you’ll engage senior decision-makers and help shape how institutions adopt next-generation lending software.
What You’ll Do
Prospect into financial institutions across North America
Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders (VP+, C-suite)
Craft personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
Partner closely with the SVP of Sales on account strategy
Set meetings and create a pipeline for the Biz2X sales team
Clearly articulate Biz2X’s value, capabilities, and differentiation
What We’re Looking For (Must-haves)
At least 1–3 years of SaaS sales or BDE/SDE experience
Experience selling into financial institutions (banks, credit unions, fintech lenders, or financial services providers)
Proven success in prospecting and booking meetings with senior leaders
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
Comfortable discussing technical products and financial workflows
Highly motivated, organized, and proactive
Interest in fintech, lending, or digital transformation in financial services
Nice to Have
Experience with lending technology, workflow automation, or compliance solutions
Familiarity with underwriting, credit processes, or loan origination systems
Experience in supporting long sales cycles or multistakeholder deals
